I think that the perfect age is 28 years old. You are young and cute, but at the same time you are smart and well experienced. I think that at age 28 you have a lot of experience but you still have a lot of time left in your life. At age 28 things start to click in your mind and you begin to think about about how you want to live your life well. At age 28 I have a couple jobs that I would like to have. First I would like to be the the Chairman of the United States Stock Market. I would secondly like to be a lawyer. Thirdly, I would like to a professsional phsycologist. I think I would be great at helping people and being able work their problems out.

Guess what? Well Im going to tell you. Reina and Catherine made fun of me. They thought my voice was too high pitched. Imagine that!!!!!

I flipped the crepe on the pan; I heard a sizzle and then a crackle. An orange flame blazed in the air. I had just done a triple flip in the air. The five other chefs in the room did a polite golf clap. I had finally mastered it! This had been the moment I had been waiting for since the day I entered the French Culinary Institute.
You just met me so I will cut you a break for what you know and don’t know. First off I am a student at the French culinary school in Manhattan, New York. I’m 20 years old and I live in a cozy 3 leveled place in one of the nicest apartments in New York City. Yes I do boast quite a bit. But does it matter? No not really because you should be able to brag if you own the top 5 restaurants in America.
I have been told that I am most loved chef in America. From my cooking show Simply Deliciouso to my 12 cook books that have been published I feel almost as if I rule the world. People would say that they like my moist half-pound cookies. They are rich and moist but they don’t crumble in your mouth like gold fish.
“Kelsey!”
“What? What?”
“We are in the middle of a lesson! Were you day dreaming again?”
“No. Like you would know what I’m thinking about!”
“ What you should be thinking about is your flaming pan of orange glaze wine.”

I have an opinion on many things. Some good and some bad. But before you read this, please keep in mind that everyone has a different opinion so you may agree but you also may think the total opposite of me, and that’s okay!
I have a very strong opinion on the rain forest in general. I believe all wildlife is apart of what we live in. To tell you the truth we, (as in us the humans) have not been treating it like we live with the wild. We have been dumping trash and cutting down trees in these rainforest.
Now if you ask me, I don’t know if you know that by people cutting down trees in the rainforest it limits the amount of fresh oxygen we breathe in. We can prevent this kind of action in so many ways. We can stop cutting down trees and find other ways to be kind to the environment, make paper, and use firewood out of something else. We may need these resources but the thing is, is that we need the environment if we want to stay on the planet Earth for more than a century.
So please work on helping the environment if we do not start to help now their will be no chance of being able to help later on in life.
We may exist but the planet needs us more than we need ourselves at this point!!!!!!!!!!

Hi readers! Today I just learned about an interesting animal. It is called the Pterosaur. And wow is it a neat animal to do research. You may just be wondering why this prehistoric animal is so cool but it just happens to have been the largest flying animal in the world. Scientist over the past 200 years have been reaserching everything that makes this wonderful animal spark. This animals wing spand is so large that it can fly to heights higher than the atmospher. It is so neat!It can fly up to 132 miles per hour. (Wow! That sure is a precise number!) This animal was a carnivore. It ate mostly smaller birds that would have no chance of living more than a week. This animals life spand is about 97 years. Wow! That's a lot for a bird.

Election

I don't really think too much about the election. I think that any of the presidents running for a spot in the White House can succeed and reach very high standards. I think that we will just have to see how Barack Obama does at the highest part of government.
Personally, I would have voted for Ralph Nader because of his ways of thinking outside of the box instead of looking at one side of how to solve something. I also think that John McCain and Sarah Palin could have done a great job in office . So as you can see I like a little of each parties ideas, which I think personally is really great thing to keep an opened mind on things!

Soccer team

My soccer team rocks! It's full of a group of girls who are kind, friendly, and know how to work as a team. At last nights practice we had a blast!( in fact that's the name of our team, "BLAST!") It was what seemed about 20 degrees outside last night at our 2 hour practice. We were all just playing around and having a great time. Then, the funniest thing happened to me, we got our player evaluations back on what we needed to work on and what we had succeded. I saw mine and unlike everyone elses I got a .5 out of 4 possible points. I started cracking up! At least I was a good sport and did not cry about it! Ha! Ha! Ha!

The Hills

I can not wait for the new Hills episode tommorow! I have been waiting for Lauren and Heidi to become friends again forever. I think that Lo was just stirring the pot. I really do believe that Audrina is not that bright to be liking Lo as a friend! Arrrgh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Project Runway

I am so upset! The other night I was watching Bravo and I ended up wathching the finale of the season. I have been following the show all along and I had my mind set on who i wanted to win but unfortunatley she did not. The girl I wanted to win was named Kenley. She was my favorite. Her way with creating clothes that you would never dream of was spectacular. The 3 girls Catour, Leanne the winner:( and Kenley, my favorite:) showed their final collections at the longest runway in the world. After the runway time then there came the voting. Kenley unfortunatley was voted out first. Then Heidi Klum said,"and the winner of project runway is......Leanne. Congratulations. Iwas really upset. Kenley should have won and thats a fact.

Culinary school

Would you ever want to go to a culinary school? Well, some people would say, "oh that's boring" but the truth is that I love to cook. Anything really . I watch the food network. Weird ? Yes! Do i like it? Of course! My 3 fav. chefs are: Cat cora( an iron chef) Giada de Laurentis(italian cooking) and Bobby Flay(a barbequer who's rcipes are GREAT1) i've tried them. Do you agree with me on the cooking factor? Toodles!!
